Once you have contacted me, I will set up meetings with physician and clinical informatics leadership to assess your EHR needs, provider barriers and goals for either implementation or continuous improvement.

 

After objectives are established, then a timeline and scope can be outlined with your clinical informatics leadership given the resources of your facilities to complete any necessary built. Meetings can be in person or virtual as desired.

For support, education and provider go live, the timeline is based on your needs for part time or full time consultative support.

A date range for consultation services can be established. Alternatively, I can work perpetually part time with your provider and CI teams or even just on a PRN basis. It all depends on your needs!
